The Invitation: Acknowledge the freeze without judgment.
It’s information, not identity.
Stage 2: The First Anchor
The Question: What is one small thing that helps me feel a little more present in my body?
Your “Dance”: This is your anchor — walking, stretching, gardening, or any activity that grounds you physically.
The Shift: It pulls your focus from chaos to sensation.
Your nervous system begins to settle.
Stage 3: The Conscious Cycle
The Pattern: Anchor → Courage → Shadows → (Overwhelm) → Anchor
The Work: Your anchor gives you safety to face what’s hard.
When it feels too much, going back to your anchor is an act of care — to breathe, to rest, to find your footing again.
The Realization: You are building a reliable relationship with yourself.
Stage 4: The Healing Spiral
The Truth: You’re not going in circles.
With each return, you meet yourself at a deeper level.
Anchor Thought: Healing isn’t a straight line.
It’s an upward spiral — each revisit brings new understanding and strength.
Stage 5: Embodied Flow
The State: Your anchor is no longer an escape — it’s an integrated part of who you are.
The Result: You move through life with more presence, resilience, and self-trust.
