Coaching Services
Empower and Flow offers life coaching services designed to support emotional wellness, personal development, and self-discovery. These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
Client Commitment
Coaching works best when you are actively engaged in your own growth. You agree to take full responsibility for your choices, your progress, and your well-being. We are here to support, not to direct or “fix.”
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if someone is at risk of harm). We maintain your privacy and honor your trust.
Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided once sessions have been delivered.
Intellectual Property
All website content, coaching materials, and resources are the property of Empower and Flow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
You understand that all outcomes and results are your responsibility. Empower and Flow is not liable for decisions, actions, or any consequences resulting from coaching conversations.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
